To the city of Moab:

A positive thought during hard times:

Thank you for keeping people employed while at the same time keeping people safe with the reconstruction of Mill Creek Drive.

All motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians are now safe.

In addition, I am so impressed with the quality of work in such a short time, and appreciate the friendliness and care of the employees who were willing to work with hot asphalt in 100-degree weather.

I share this appreciation with many other Grand County citizens.
