Three Moab residents were honored with awards at the D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program’s annual Utah banquet on Nov. 6. Cheryl Jenkinson, a 6th-grade teacher at Helen M. Knight Intermediate School, received the “Educator of the Year” award.
