Chuck was born in Buffalo N.Y. and moved to Colorado in 1945. He was a graduate of the Buffalo Institute of Technology and was a Naval veteran of World War II.
Chuck and his wife Teeny retired to Grand Junction in 1989 where he became very active in the Shrine Club of Mesa County. He had attained the level of Jester in the Shrine Club, an accomplishment of which he was very proud.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ernestine Hoover Keller, his son Chuck of Grand Junction, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
His son Mike preceded him in death in 1965. Chuck was a successful businessman in Springfield Colo., Moab and Denver, Colo., and has many friends and associates who will truly miss him.
Funeral services will be conducted by Callahan Edfast Mortuary and will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Grand Junction on Wednesday, March 21 at 3 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Shrine Hospital Travel Fund, in care of Callahan Edfast Mortuary.
Graveside service will be conducted by LaSal Lodge No. 30 at 11 a.m. on Thursday March 22, at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Moab.
