Red Rock Elementary School students, (back row) Corbin Mays, Jenny Kopell, Madison Rodriguez, Joopy Bamrungmuang, Logan Chamberlain, AnaMarie Castner, Hailey Cox, Yovani LopezLuna, Riley Foy, Chance Arbon, Zachary Ainge-Bagget, Jeremiah Sheets; (third row) Kira Bown, Morgan Lewis, Josie Wakefield, Jaxon Jones, Trenton Irish, Neta Epstein, Jennifer Lopez, Hayden Lance, Lyle Black; and (second row) Athea Ford, Gage Larrabee, Jaden Nelson, Cameron Souza, Vanessa Mayhew, Lainey Bohannan, Lily McClish, Dakota Goode, and (front row) Aspyn Harris, and Alexis Knapp were named the school’s Students of the Week for December and January. Two students from each grade level are chosen each week for following school rules, setting a good example, and completing school work. Students of the Week are selected by the Skills Program at Red Rock Elementary and sponsored by area businesses. Each student receives a “goodie bag” full of prizes, including a student of the week certificate, bracelet, and pencil. Students also receive gift certificates from local businesses for free food, comic books, movies, bowling, coloring books, markers, card games, and a free balloon.

Nor will letters listing the names of individuals and/or businesses that supported a cause or event. Thank you letters about good Samaritan acts will be considered at the discretion of the newspaper.
